Running Club Cadet is full steam ahead at the Army Ten Miler race

The Running Club provides Cadets with a strong community of runners. With several practices during the week, Cadets train together to compete in races across the country. This year (2022), the club sent two teams to compete in the Army Ten Miler in Washington D.C., placing fourth out of 55 teams. Another annual highlight is racing the Holy Half Marathon on Notre Dame’s campus. Other past races Cadets have participated in include the Boston Marathon, Chicago Marathon, and local races in the South Bend area. Running Club fosters mentorship and camaraderie. We are a club which strengthens bonds within the Battalion, while increasing fitness and building future officers ready to run, fight, win, and set the standard high for their soldiers. Our club members consistently crush the ACFT, build confidence, and become better able to lead from the front.
